• Can I change my email username?

  No, you can’t change your email username.

• How can I renew my membership?

  In order to renew your membership, simply revisit the join the fanclub page. You can renew your membership even after your membership has expired.

• What are the minimum system requirements to fully enjoy the site?

  Please note the following minimum system requirements:

• What if I lose my password?

  Click here to have your password re-set. You will get an email with a new one-time-use password. Click on the link in that email and you will land on your profile page – enter a new password in the fields there and you’re done!

• Where are the MVI extras?

  If you are having trouble opening your MVI on your computer below are some simple instructions for both MAC and PC users.

• Why can’t I log into the site?

  Please make sure that you are entering your password with the correct capitalization. The system is case sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly as you did when you registered for the Club. If you want to reset your password, click here. If you still have trouble logging in, please try deleting your temporary internet files and cookies. If that doesn’t work, submit a support ticket here.

• Why hasn’t my store order arrived yet?

  The efficiency of the warehouse and the postal service both contribute to how quickly (or slowly) your package reaches you. If you have not received your package within 6-8 weeks from the date you received your membership confirmation email, then please send an email to support at a7xsupport@gmail.com.
